On March 21st, the 2022 Airhorse “Quality Month Activity” kick-off meeting was successfully held.The activity was held by Mr. Guifu Xie, general manager of Airhorse Compressor, in combination with the company’s characteristics and actual situation, and used a vivid and humorous way to let all employees understand the importance of quality. Once again publicize the development concepts of “quality first” and “quality development”, emphasizing that product quality is the foundation of the company’s foothold.



First, Mr. Wu of Human Resources Department read out the central idea and participation method of “Quality Month Activity” for everyone. As the first responsible person for product quality, Manager Chen of the Quality Department took the lead and was the first to stand up, resolutely implement the Airhorse spirit, and actively participate in the “Quality Month Activities”.


Then, directly into the theme, Mr. Xie promoted the development concepts of “quality first” and “quality development”.


Quality awareness: First of all, we must ensure that our products are qualified and meet the product specifications. In addition, the entire production process must strictly follow the management regulations of the company’s production process.

Four “No” policies for quality management:


① Won’t accept defective spares;

② Won’t produce defective products;

③ Won’t pass defective products;

④ Won’t sell defective products.



Warehouse leader spoke: Quality should be grasped from the source,interlinked, and requires the cooperation of each department.


The colleague of foreign trade business spoke:Starting from every detail of production, strictly control the quality of products, materials and production processes need to be strictly controlled, and only by controlling the quality can we gain the trust of customers.
